Frequently Asked Questions

Project details

What’s the typical timeline for a shower remodel?

Most projects are completed in just 5–7 days. After that, custom glass installation is typically scheduled within a week of completing the tile work. Because the glass must be measured after the finished tile walls are in place, the lead time is usually between 1 to 2 weeks.

Every shower remodel package includes demolition, professional tile installation, waterproofing, plumbing fixture installation, and finishing work. In addition, our Signature and Luxe Spa packages offer upgraded features such as premium tile selections, soundproofing insulation, custom glass, built-in benches, and enhanced lighting — depending on the tier you choose.

Yes — we fully remove your existing shower or tub surround as part of every shower remodel. This ensures a clean slate for proper waterproofing, tile installation, and long-lasting results.

We offer a curated selection of high-quality tiles for every shower remodel, ranging from classic white subway to designer patterns and natural stone. To streamline your remodel and avoid delays, you’ll choose from an approved collection that balances quality, aesthetics, and reliable availability.

Installation & process

Will I be without water during the remodel?

Only the shower will be temporarily out of use during your remodel. All other water sources in your home — including sinks, toilets, and laundry — will remain fully functional throughout the project.

Yes — our team cleans the job site thoroughly at the end of each workday to keep your home clean, safe, and disruption-free. This daily cleanup is part of our standard shower remodel process and helps ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

To protect the rest of your home during your shower remodel, we use professional dust control systems and plastic barriers to contain debris. This ensures that nearby rooms stay clean, safe, and undisturbed throughout the project.

It’s helpful but not required for you to be home during your shower remodel. We just ask for clear communication and access to the workspace. Many clients choose to carry on with their day as usual, while others stay home — and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Materials & Features

Do you use real tile or panels?

Yes — we use real tile in every shower remodel. We do not use acrylic inserts or plastic wall panels. Our showers are built to last, with premium materials and professional tile installation from start to finish.

We predominantly use Delta fixtures in our shower remodels due to their proven quality, lifetime warranty, and wide range of finish options. Delta’s reputation for durability and design makes it a trusted choice for long-lasting, visually appealing results.

Yes — custom glass is included in all of our shower remodel packages, including the Refresh, Signature, and Luxe Spa options. Each tier includes a frameless glass enclosure that’s measured and installed after tile work is complete to ensure a perfect fit and finish.

To maintain quality control and protect the integrity of your shower remodel, we provide all materials used in the project. This ensures everything meets our standards for fit, finish, and durability. By sourcing and managing materials ourselves, we’re able to stand behind the work with a warranty on craftsmanship.

We use a foam-based waterproofing system designed by Schlüter® for all of our shower remodels. This industry-trusted system creates a sealed, water-resistant foundation beneath the tile — helping prevent leaks, mold, and long-term water damage.

Pricing & payments

Do you offer financing?

Yes — we offer financing through Wisetack for all shower remodel projects. Pre-qualification takes less than a minute and won’t impact your credit score. It’s a simple way to break your project into affordable monthly payments without hidden fees or delays.

We accept payment by check or ACH bank transfer for all shower remodel projects. At this time, we do not accept credit cards due to high processing fees — this helps us keep your costs as low and transparent as possible.

No — there are no hidden costs in your shower remodel. We provide clear, upfront pricing before the project begins. If anything changes during the process, we’ll communicate it immediately and get your approval before moving forward.

Warranty & Support

What's your workmanship warranty?

Yes — we offer a 2-year craftsmanship warranty on all shower remodels. This covers any installation-related issues and ensures peace of mind long after the project is complete. Our work is built to last, and if anything needs attention, we’ll take care of it.

Yes — all materials are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. We carefully select trusted brands like Delta, Schlüter®, and others so you’re protected by strong manufacturer support in addition to our own craftsmanship guarantee. If something fails due to a product defect, we’ll help guide you through the claim process, but it’s the manufacturer who ultimately covers those issues.
