Location: Serving the Greater Triangle Area, North Carolina
Clear River Contracting provides residential shower remodels and related bathroom renovation services. Our team performs all work according to the scope and selections outlined in your signed proposal or project agreement.
A deposit is required to schedule your project (typically 50% unless otherwise agreed).
Final balance is due upon substantial completion of the project, unless a different payment structure is clearly outlined in writing.
We will invoice any additional work outside the original scope separately, and we require written approval before proceeding.
We provide estimated project start and completion dates, but actual timelines may vary based on:
Material availability
Change orders
Unforeseen structural or plumbing issues
We will communicate all delays promptly.
Clients agree to:
Provide safe, clear access to the work area
Secure or remove personal belongings in affected areas
Make timely decisions on any product selections or changes
Failure to do so may result in project delays or rescheduling fees.
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope must be approved in writing. This includes:
Upgraded materials
Layout changes
Requests that affect timeline or labor
Change orders can increase pricing and extend the project timeline.
All shower remodels include a written [1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty] covering labor defects. Manufacturer warranties on materials (e.g., tile, fixtures, Schluter systems) apply separately and may vary.
Clients must submit warranty claims in writing during the coverage period.
Clear River Contracting is not responsible for:
Pre-existing structural or plumbing issues
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance post-completion
Delays caused by client inaccessibility, selection delays, or third-party trades not hired by us
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding non-refundable materials).
Cancellations within 14 days may result in forfeiture of the initial deposit.
By signing a proposal or otherwise engaging Clear River Contracting for services, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
