We take pride in our work — and we stand behind it. We back every Clear River shower remodel with a 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty that covers defects in workmanship and labor.
This warranty applies to:
Shower installations performed by Clear River Contracting
Labor and workmanship involved in tiling, waterproofing, trim, framing adjustments, and fixture mounting
Any issues that arise due to improper installation techniques or defective workmanship
If something isn’t right, and it’s due to how we installed it — we’ll make it right.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
Issues resulting from work performed by third parties (including DIY modifications or external contractors)
Material defects (Manufacturers typically cover items like tile, grout, fixtures, and waterproofing systems.)
Water damage from leaks outside of the original remodel scope
The warranty lasts 12 months from your project’s completion date.
To be eligible, the client must:
Report the issue within the coverage period
Provide reasonable access for inspection and repairs
Avoid making unauthorized repairs that interfere with warranty assessment
