Tub-shower combo converted to a walk-in tiled shower, plus new vanity, lighting, mirror and a hex tile floor

This Chapel Hill bathroom had a tub-shower combo that nobody used as a tub. We took it out and built a walk-in tiled shower: white subway tile with dark grout, a recessed niche, and a matte black exposed shower set with a rain head and a handheld. The floor is black-and-white hex tile through the whole room.

A new vanity with a quartz top, a subway tile backsplash, updated lighting and a pivot mirror finish it off. The layout stayed; every surface changed.
